: Strategy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the Marmon Water R&D center and the business units cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market plans aimed at expediting the commercialization of new technologies. Gather customer insights and feedback through various channels, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key opportunities and trends relevant to the technologies being developed in our R&D center. Utilize insights to guide strategic decision-making. Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify areas for differentiation. Develop strategies to position our technologies effectively against competitors across all Marmon Water companies. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to each technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams from the different Marmon Water companies. This encompasses market positioning, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
