About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist who can develop and execute

strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate

should have strong analytical skills, campaign planning expertise, and the ability to

coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and content.

This is a hybrid role based in our Kochi office.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

● Develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

● Identify new growth opportunities and market positioning strategies.

2. Campaign Management

● Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).

● Coordinate with digital marketing, content, design, and media teams.

● Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.

3. Brand Positioning & Messaging

● Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication

tone.

● Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

4. Performance & Analytics

● Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and engagement

metrics.

● Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management.

● Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems for analysis.

5. Sales Alignment

● Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

● Develop marketing materials that support the sales funnel.

6. Budget & Resource Planning

● Assist in marketing budget planning and allocation.

● Ensure effective utilization of resources for maximum ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

● 2–3 years of experience in strategic marketing roles.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.

● Experience in campaign planning and performance tracking.

● Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.

● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

● Experience in education/academy/agency sector.

● Basic understanding of branding and positioning strategy.

● Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
