We’re Hiring Area Manage r- Dental

Location: ( Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad)

Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth of our dental portfolio. The role involves team leadership key account management, strong field execution, and operational excellence across the assigned territory.

Eligibility (mandatory)

Education : Graduate (BDS/ B.Pharm/m.Pharm/any Graduate; MBA – Sales & Marketingpreferred)

  • Total experience: 6-8 years
  • Dental experience : minimum 3-4 years in dental segment (mandatory)
  • Team handling experience : 3-4 years
  • Therapy exposure: dental/ oral care / implants / regenerative dentistry

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets, market share, and growth objectives for the assigned area.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure productivity and capability building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, implantologists, prosthodontist, periodontists, and oral surgeons.
  • Execute product launches, CMEs, workshops, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, performance to drive, trends, and market performance dashboards, and territory reviews.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and market performance to drive corrective actions.
  • Manage dealer/distributor operations, including:
  • Primary and secondary sales tracking inventory planning and stock availability monitoring expiry and slow-moving
  • Ensuring timely payment collection and credit control
  • Monitor competitors activities and provide actionable market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
