We’re Hiring: PPC Lead (eCommerce & Local Services)

We’re looking for an experienced PPC Lead to drive strategy, execution, and performance across multi-channel paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands and local service businesses.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute high-impact PPC strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads
- Stay ahead of industry trends and new ad features
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies & audience targeting
- Optimize CTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences & landing pages
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Use tools like **Google Analytics> (GA4), SEMrush, Hotjar,and Looker Studio for insights & reporting
Client & Team Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights
- Mentor and guide a team of PPC Specialists
- Collaborate with SEO, content & design teams
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record in scaling eCommerce & local service campaigns
Strong expertise in multi-channel paid media
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong analytical mindset & excellent communication skills
Bonus If You Have Experience With:
- eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
- CRM & reporting tools like HubSpot & GHL
- Call tracking & lead attribution tools
