Delivery Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Delivery Manager with 11+ years of IT experience to lead our Data Warehousing and Data Engineering portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data programs, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead the execution of medium-to-large scale DWH/Data Engineering projects from inception through production support.
• Technical Oversight: Provide strategic direction on Data Modelling, ETL processes, and SQL optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting.
• Team Leadership: Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 11 years in IT, with a significant tenure in Data Delivery roles.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one platform: Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or GCP BigQuery.
• ETL Expertise: Proven track record with enterprise tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and executive-level communication skills.
