Role: Senior GTM & Product Launch Manager – AI SaaS Platforms

Location: Cochin (Kochi), Kerala

We are seeking a GTM & Product Launch Owner to lead the end-to-end commercialisation of our AI/LLM-powered SaaS platforms (HRMS, ATS, ERP, Compliance systems). This role goes beyond outreach or marketing execution.

We are specifically targeting candidates from early-stage or AI SaaS companies who have built GTM engines from scratch and driven real revenue outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Product Launch & Commercialisation Ownership

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy for new AI SaaS products.
  • Design and execute beta programmes and early adopter initiatives.
  • Convert early traction into paying customers.
  • Define and validate pricing tiers and packaging models.
  • Establish repeatable GTM motions for scaling.
  • Continuously refine product-market fit based on customer feedback.

Revenue, Pipeline & Enterprise Sales Ownership

  • Own pipeline and revenue targets for the new platform.
  • Directly participate in enterprise demos, discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Support founder-led sales motions in early-stage enterprise deals.
  • Drive improvements in conversion metrics (Lead → Demo → Pilot → Paid).
  • Build predictable revenue generation mechanisms aligned with growth targets.

B2B GTM Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Design and execute GTM strategies for AI-driven HRMS, ATS, ERP, and compliance platforms.
  • Own stakeholder outreach to CHROs, HR Heads, TA Leaders, CFOs, Compliance Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and CXOs.
  • Develop segment-specific messaging for enterprise, mid-market, and compliance-heavy industries.
  • Align product positioning with enterprise buying behaviour.

LinkedIn, Video & Design for Marketing

  • Oversee and guide creation and scheduling of LinkedIn content (text posts, visuals, carousels) aligned with GTM campaigns.
  • Define and review short-form B2B marketing videos for product explainers, demos, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure creation of effective marketing creatives such as banners, thumbnails, posters, and reels.
  • Support and scale founder-led, leadership, and product-led content to build brand credibility and reach.

(Hands-on execution expected initially; strategic ownership as the team scales.)

AI / LLM Product Positioning

  • Translate AI/LLM backend capabilities into:

Clear business and compliance value.

Explainable, responsible, and governance-safe messaging.

ROI-driven narratives for enterprise decision-makers.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate market feedback into roadmap and positioning.
  • Ensure responsible AI positioning aligned with enterprise governance standards.

Founder-Led & Thought Leadership Marketing

  • Drive AI thought leadership across LinkedIn and industry forums.
  • Support webinars, product demos, executive roundtables, and launch campaigns.
  • Build authority positioning for AI adoption in HR, ERP, and compliance ecosystems.

Tools, Analytics & Reporting

  • Use and guide teams on tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, and basic Adobe tools for design and video creation.
  • Work with marketing and outreach platforms including: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
  • Track and analyse engagement metrics, leads, ABM account activity, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain structured content calendars, GTM trackers, and performance dashboards.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise messaging, acquisition channels, pricing validation, and ROI.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years in B2B SaaS GTM, Product Marketing, Growth, or Commercial roles.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience launching a new SaaS product (0 → 1 or early-stage scale)
  • Experience acquiring first 10–50 customers.
  • Experience defining pricing and packaging for SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated pipeline and revenue ownership.
  • Direct participation in enterprise demos and deal cycles.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM enterprise positioning.
  • Experience in early-stage or AI-first SaaS environments preferred.
