Role & responsibilities :

  • Hunt & Prospect: You will not sit and wait for marketing leads. You will generate 40-50 outbound activities daily (Cold Calls, Personalized Emails, LinkedIn Voice Notes).
  • Master the Stack: Use tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Clay to build hyper-targeted lists of HR Directors and Talent Acquisition Heads.
  • Qualify Ruthlessly: We don’t want “coffee chats.” You will qualify prospects using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks to ensuring our AEs only speak to serious buyers.
  • Creative Outreach: Write email sequences that get replies. Stop sounding like a robot; start sounding like a consultant solving a problem.
  • Handle Rejection: You will hear “No” 20 times a day. You need to brush it off and dial the 21st number.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience: 1-3 years in B2B SaaS product Sales (experience selling to US Market is must ).
  • Writer: You can write concise, punchy emails. No “I hope this email finds you well” fluff.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Coachability: You record your calls, listen to feedback, and improve every single week.

The Tech Stack You Will Use

  • CRM: HubSpot / Salesforce
  • Data: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Outreach: Clay, Instantly, or similar sequencing tools
