atQor is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who can drive customer growth, build strong client relationships, and accelerate revenue across our Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and skilled Sales/Account Managers to join our growing team across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, NCR, and Bangalore .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. This role demands strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify and acquire new customers through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to convert prospects.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed revenue and account growth targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to execute growth strategies.
4. Strategic Account Planning
- Create detailed account plans with objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
- Act as a strategic advisor delivering insights and value-driven recommendations.
- Maintain deep understanding of each account’s structure and priorities.
5. Solution Advocacy
- Promote the full suite of atQor’s Microsoft-based services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to communicate value.
6. Feedback Loop & Reporting
- Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor account health and address early signs of risk.
7. Issue Resolution
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely and seamless solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5–12 years in Account Management / Sales / Client Services, preferably in IT or technology services.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. Master’s or relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Strong negotiation & presentation abilities.
- Customer-centric, strategic thinker.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Proficiency
- Knowledge of cloud computing, digital transformation, and Microsoft technologies is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Mobility
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business development.
