Visual Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centered UI/UX for web and mobile products
• Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels with a CRO-first mindset
• Develop brand assets, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to bring ideas to life
• Conduct basic UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping
• A/B test design variations and optimize based on performance data
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of hands-on design experience across UI/UX, graphic design, and performance/ad creatives
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work — digital products, ads, and brand design
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or similar tools is a plus
• Understanding of CRO principles — what makes alanding page or ad convert
• Basic knowledge of design handoff and working with developers
• Sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
