Indofast Energy is a transformative joint venture between IndianOil , India’s largest energy enterprise, and SUN Mobility , the nation’s leading innovator in EV battery swapping. The company is building one of India’s most advanced and scalable Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) networks, designed to enable mass electric vehicle adoption through reliable, accessible, and nationwide energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Growth Planning
- Develop and execute full funnel performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, SEM and programmatic platforms.
- Own and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement goals aligned with Indofast’s mobility and energy services growth.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, display, video, and social.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CAC and ROAS.
- Drive targeted campaigns to support network expansion, station launches, and category awareness.
3. Data & Analytics
- Monitor performance metrics and build dashboards to analyze traffic, conversions, funnel efficiency, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM systems.
- Generate insights to reduce acquisition costs and maximize performance efficiency.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, content, product, and operations teams to ensure unified communication across campaigns.
- Partner with external agencies, creative teams, influencers, and performance partners to scale reach.
5. Reporting & Budget Management
- Manage large monthly digital budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.
6. SEO & SEM Management
- Own and execute the overall SEO strategy – on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
- Conduct keyword research aligned to EV, mobility, and energy-tech categories.
- Optimize website architecture, metadata, landing pages, and content for search visibility.
- Manage SEM campaigns end-to-end (Google Search & Display) to maximize quality scores and conversion efficiency.
- Implement tracking mechanisms (UTMs, tags, pixels) to improve attribution and search for funnel insights.
- Improve organic search rankings, drive high-intent traffic, and optimize cost-per-click and search-driven conversions.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to develop SEO-friendly pages, blogs, and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, X, SEO & SEM tool and mobile app marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in EV, mobility, or tech-based industries is a plus.
