Role & responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM processes, including business process frameworks, organizational structures, security roles, and employee lifecycle configurations.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations and process improvements.
- Support day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including issue troubleshooting, system enhancements, testing, and ongoing production support.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR operations, compliance reporting, and leadership decision-making.
- Support Workday Prism Analytics use cases including data loads, data transformations, validation, and workforce analytics reporting.
- Participate in Workday releases and system updates, including regression testing, feature evaluation, documentation, and end-user support.
Candidate requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience in HR systems or enterprise applications, including 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM, including business processes, organizational setup, security configuration, and employee data management.
- Experience creating Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, with understanding of reporting security and HR data structures.
- Working knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion, transformations, and analytics validation.
- Strong understanding of Workday business objects, data models, and HR process automation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
