Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Operations professional with strong expertise in South East Asia destinations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reservations, corporate bookings, and end-to-end trip operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end corporate travel operations for South East Asia destinations
• Manage hotel, flight, transport, and activity reservations
• Coordinate corporate and group bookings, ensuring timely confirmations and accuracy
• Liaise with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and vendors for best rates and service delivery
• Prepare itineraries, cost sheets, and booking vouchers
• Ensure smooth pre-travel, on-trip, and post-trip operations
• Handle client queries and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Maintain MIS, booking records, and vendor contracts
• Work closely with sales, finance, and on-ground teams

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in corporate travel operations or reservations
• Strong expertise in South East Asia destinations (Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.)
• Prior experience handling corporate bookings and group travel
• Excellent knowledge of hotels, vendors, and destination logistics
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
