Validation Analyst – LabVantage & Spotfire Integration

Location: Remote (willing to support in EST time zone)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Validation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data generated in our laboratory information management system (LIMS), LabVantage, and its integration with our data visualization tool, Spotfire.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the validation of LabVantage configurations, customizations, and integrations with Spotfire.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify the functionality and performance of the LabVantage-Spotfire integration.
• Analyze and document test results, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
• Work with development and IT teams to test and resolve integration issues.
• Maintain validation documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in data validation and LIMS/data visualization integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in validation, ideally within a laboratory setting.
• Proven experience working with LabVantage LIMS.
• Working knowledge of Spotfire and data visualization concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
