Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Clinical Child Psychologist with RCI certification and 15 years of professional experience. The psychologist will provide psychological assessments, treatments, and interventions tailored to children in schools across Delhi NCR. Core responsibilities include conducting individualized therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing psychological testing, collaborating with educators and families to support students’ mental health, and delivering family therapy as needed. The role also includes consulting with school staff to equip them with strategies to better understand and address students’ psychological needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Medicine, with a strong understanding of psychological principles and their practical applications
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Mental Health interventions to assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges in children
- Experience in providing Family Therapy to support child development within a family unit
- RCI certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in clinical child psychology, preferably in educational settings
- Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills for effectively working with children, families, and educators
- Proven ability to work in a school environment and address challenges specific to student populations
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related discipline
