About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organisation and for their own. This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This is a leadership role focused on team management.
Key Responsibilities :
● Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
● Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
● Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
● Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
● Leadership Opportunities: In this role, you will also manage a team, providing mentorship and leadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success. Qualifications :
● Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
● Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
● Knowledge of the real estate market.
● Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
● Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years in Sales.
● Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
● Market Insight: Familiarity with the Mumbai commercial real estate market is a plus.
● Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
