Job Summary

TUV SÜD is seeking a Manager – Project Operations to oversee the day-to-day execution and operational management of Pumped Energy Storage (PES) projects. The role involves manpower deputation, flow and energy calculations, stakeholder coordination, site inspections, and reporting to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, project engineers, and external experts during project execution
• Lead Feasibility Studies, DPRs, TDDs, performance evaluations, design reviews, and LIEs for PES projects
• Manage manpower deputation and team coordination on project sites
• Perform flow calculations, energy calculations, and basic performance assessments for PES systems
• Plan and conduct site inspections as required
• Prepare, review, and submit project reports, data analysis, and progress updates
• Track project milestones, compliance, and timelines
• Maintain proper documentation and operational quality standards
• Support project teams in daily operational decisions and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of Pumped Energy Storage systems and operations
• Experience in flow/energy calculations, operational planning, and project execution
• Good stakeholder management and team coordination skills
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
