  • Account Recovery Technical Support Associate
  • Deep expertise in fraud sensing, High empathy troubleshooting
  • Complete understanding on GWS IAM and recovery process and procedures
  • Own end to end resolution of Google Workspace Account Recovery cases involving loss of administrative access or account compromise
  • Assess and validate customer identity, domain ownership, and authorization using approved verification frameworks and internal recovery tools
  • Execute controlled administrative access restoration strictly in accordance with Google security, trust, and data privacy policies
  • Apply sound judgment to detect and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or policy violating recovery attempts
  • Maintain precise, audit ready documentation of verification steps, decisions, and recovery actions within case management systems
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers during high impact, high stress recovery scenarios while setting accurate expectations
  • Escalate ambiguous, high risk, or non standard recovery scenarios to designated security, trust, or higher tier support stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal security, trust & safety, engineering, and premium support teams as required for complex recoveries
  • Adhere to defined service level objectives, authentication standards, and recovery operating procedures without deviation
