Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing client interactions, and driving revenue growth through effective coordination, follow-ups, and relationship building. The role involves lead handling, client communication, maintaining sheet, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Job Responsibilities:
1: Lead Management: Handling inbound/outbound calls and emails to engage with prospective clients.
2: Client Onboarding: Coordinating with internal Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams for a smooth service transition.
3: Relationship Building: Maintaining the CRM, tracking the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
4: Sales Support: Preparing proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation to drive closures.
Qualifications:
1: 0 to 5 Years of experience required.
2: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4: Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
5: Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
