WalkMe Consultant (SAP Certified)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced WalkMe Consultant with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), particularly WalkMe, and a strong background in SAP implementations. The ideal candidate must be an SAP Certified Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying WalkMe solutions across SAP environments (SAP ECC / S/4HANA / SuccessFactors / Ariba, etc.).

The role involves driving digital adoption. Initiatives, improving user experience, and ensuring seamless system adoption across enterprise SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy WalkMe solutions including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, and Surveys.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.) to understand business processes and user pain points.
• Implement WalkMe solutions within SAP environments such as:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP ECC
• SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP Ariba
• Conduct user journey mapping and digital adoption strategy planning.
• Configure WalkMe Editor and manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of WalkMe implementations.
• Analyze user behavior using WalkMe Insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support change management and training initiatives during SAP roll outs and upgrades.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and best practices for WalkMe content lifecycle management.
• Work closely with stakeholders including IT, business users, and process owners.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in WalkMe implementation and support.
• Valid SAP Certification
• SAP Certified – WalkMe Digital Adoption Consultant
• Hands-on experience in building complex Smart Walk–Thrus and automation flows.
• Strong experience working with SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, HCM, Ariba, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience in SAP Fiori applications and web-based SAP interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
