Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to represent JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd, a leading importer of J&B brand bearings, in Chennai. In this role, you will drive sales by visiting industrial units, workshops, and retail outlets, promoting genuine imported bearings, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence, ensuring timely collections, and delivering excellent on-site support. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position ideal for self-starters with a passion for sales and a willingness to grow in a dynamic industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Visit 20–35 industrial sites daily, including crusher units, rice mills, hardware shops, automobile workshops, and factories
- Sell 100% genuine imported bearings and generate new leads while securing repeat orders from existing dealers
- Collect payments and work to reduce outstanding receivables
- Use the Zoho mobile app to check in with live photos and record orders (training provided)
- Install and maintain product banners, display catalogs, and assist customers with bearing-related technical issues.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Age between 21–40 years
- Must have a valid driving license and own a bike
- Android smartphone with reliable internet access
- Permanent local address within 50 km of Vijayawada.
- Experience in bearings, industrial supplies, crusher equipment, hardware, or auto spare parts sales is a strong advantage.
- Freshers with a bike and strong motivation to earn are welcome – full training provided.
- Proficiency in local language; basic English skills required

– Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & last CTC)
