Role Summary
The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of internal programs and client deliverables across multiple teams including SCM, Amazon Ads, Listing, Finance, and HR. This role focuses on coordination, tracking, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure timelines, SLAs, and business objectives are consistently met.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned programs and projects.
· Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
· Act as the central coordination point between cross-functional teams.
· Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly program status reports.
· Maintain SOPs, MOMs, trackers, and operational documentation.
· Monitor SLA adherence and escalate risks or delays proactively.
· Support process improvement initiatives and tool implementations.
Tools & Systems (Preferred)
· MS Excel / Google Sheets
· Project management tools (Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
· Documentation tools (MS Word, Google Docs)
· Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce workflows
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Operations / Management preferred)
· 1–5 years experience in program coordination, operations, or project support
· Startup or e-commerce exposure preferred
