Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-appropriate dance lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote technique, expression, and performance skills
- Encourage student participation in school performances, cultural events, and competitions
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate dance into broader educational and extracurricular initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting
- Proven experience in teaching within the ICSE board or equivalent curriculum
- Strong knowledge of various dance forms (classical, contemporary, folk, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through creative and structured instruction
