Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key people functions across employee relations, engagement, performance coordination, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and HR operations. The role requires close coordination with management and department teams to support the organization’s people strategy, maintain a positive work culture, attract the right talent, and ensure smooth HR processes.

Experience: 2 – 4+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management, department teams & clients on people-related discussions.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities and hiring initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure all employee-related compliance and statutory requirements are fulfilled.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, team rejuvenating events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor & coordinate employee performance updates and support performance-related processes.
  • Handle employee grievances with balance and align team queries with company guidelines & procedures.
  • Handle Compensation and Benefits, Succession Planning, and Promotions.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll initiations.
  • Determine job requirements and support forecasting of hiring needs for the organization.
  • Identify the best mix of resources to source suitable candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
  • Use standardized screening techniques to assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a timely recruitment process.
  • Conduct pre-joining discussions to highlight the organization’s culture, policies, and onboard new hires.
  • Work with cross teams for organizational needs and support a strong, well-cultured team environment.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Good experience in handling employee grievances with balance.
  • Creative ability to conduct employer branding activities and events.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Excellent working experience with portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media job platforms.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Self-motivated to work with targets, timelines, and organizational goals.
