JOB SUMMARY – Account Manager – Client Services
As an integral member of the Jivox Client Services team, the selected candidate will assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of campaigns, encompassing day-to-day operations, client deliverables, relationship management, and issue resolution. Operating within the Night Shift/US working hours, the role is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of tier 2 and tier 3 client business, including both Brand direct and agencies, focusing on production and relationship management.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign deliverables and client communication.
- Train clients on new Jivox platform ad types, features, and functionality to foster revenue growth through client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, such as Client Services, Creative Services, Quality Assurance, Technical/Adops Support, and Engineering, to initiate campaigns and address challenges for the delivery of high-quality services/products.
- Maintain exceptional client relationships with existing agencies and clients.
- Develop end-to-end campaign timelines, communicate expectations, and manage changes effectively.
- Prepare and submit creative builds, organize/submit tasks through internal tools, and ensure compliance with publisher specifications.
- Review media plans, 3rd party tracking, distribute ad tags, and coordinate with clients to successfully launch campaigns.
- Respond to live campaign issues and conduct post-launch reporting analysis.
- Understand operational processes and manage client expectations appropriately regarding various turn-around times.
- Work with Sales to provide relevant insights for pre/mid/post-campaign analysis.
- Conduct business reviews and feedback meetings with client contacts periodically.

Must Have

- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Programmatic, interactive media, the advertising industry, and knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of display, mobile, and video technologies, along with social media expertise.
Good to Have
- Hands-on campaign management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Passion for online advertising with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
