About Wiser
Wiser is an AI-powered product recommendations and personalization app built for Shopify stores. Used by 5,000+ e-commerce brands globally, Wiser helps online merchants increase Average Order Value (AOV) and revenue through upsell, cross-sell, bundles, intelligent search, and post-purchase offers.
We are looking for a proactive SDR to help us identify and connect with Shopify brands who can benefit from Wiser and generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Shopify stores that could benefit from upsell & cross-sell solutions
- Prospect using LinkedIn, email outreach, and e-commerce directories
- Generate outbound leads via cold emails, calls, and social selling
- Engage inbound trial users and qualify them for enterprise conversations
- Book qualified demo calls for the Account Executive team
- Understand store size, traffic, and order volume to assess fit
- Follow up with trial users to improve conversion rates
- Maintain CRM with activity logs and lead status updates
- Collaborate with AE team to improve conversion pipeline
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in SaaS outbound sales or lead generation
- Experience in Shopify / e-commerce / D2C industry preferred
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email + LinkedIn + calling)
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research and qualify prospects
