Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of machinery, automation systems, and tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with solutions and technical support.
- Conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions.
- Research market trends, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to improve offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, etc.).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in machinery, automation, or tools.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex products to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed to meet clients.
