Role Summary

The Area Sales Manager will drive business growth in the Used Car Loan segment by leading sales efforts, developing channel partnerships, and ensuring achievement of disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing of used car loan business through dealers, DSAs, and channel partners

  • Build and manage strong dealer and partner relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/disbursement targets

  • Lead and guide onground sales teams (if applicable)

  • Ensure adherence to credit and documentation processes

  • Monitor portfolio quality and support collections coordination

  • Conduct market development and competitor analysis

  • Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 5–8+ years of experience in vehicle finance / used car loans / retail asset sales

  • Strong dealer/channel network in Delhi market preferred

  • Proven track record of target achievement
