JOB DETAILS
1. Adress Patient Care, Staffing and any other issue that may arise2. Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department and coordinates care planning with other disciplines3. Must be able to work under sustained pressure and during stressful situations4. Responsible for maintaining open communication with physicians to ensure safety quality, and accuracy for all residents and staff5. Readiness to address a residents significant status change6. House Supervisor on staff to ensure staff aways have someone to call with questions/concerns7. Troubleshoots problems and/or issues regarding patient/family care, visitors, and facility issues on off shifts and weekends8. Supports policy adherence and provides disciplinary measures as needed9. Demonstrates professionalism and consistently models excellent customer service skills10.
