Role Purpose:
The Hindi Teacher for grades 4-6 plays a crucial role in shaping the linguistic and literary skills of our students. The ideal candidate will inspire students to appreciate the richness of the Hindi language while ensuring they develop the necessary skills to excel academically. Your contributions will not only enhance students’ understanding of Hindi but also foster their critical thinking and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Teach Hindi language and literature, ensuring a thorough understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop integrated curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage cooperative learning and foster a sense of community among students.

Team Collaboration:

Requirements:
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field is required. A B.Ed. is mandatory for this position.
Experience Requirements:
3-7 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the Hindi language, with a strong command of Hindi grammar and literature.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong oral communication abilities.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and cooperative learning environment.
Certifications:
Must possess a B.Ed. degree.
Note: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Pabhani, Maharashtra for this job.
