Role: Product Manager: Escrow (Corporate Banking)

Preferred Grade: AVP/DVP

Purpose: Escrow/Nodal, TRA, Product Management and Commercialisation

Location: Lower Parel

Required Qualification: MBA

Required Experience: Minimum 5 years Relevant Experience

Stakeholders: Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, IT, Compliance, Risk and Ops

Required Competencies: Technical Must have sound knowledge of Escrow, RERA, TRA account processes

Required Competencies Behavioural: Driving and creating awareness on various products across the business team(s). Improvement in existing products and processes

Job Description

• New Escrow account product and process development as per
• Business requirement and implementation.
• Ensuring UAT, building system capability and roll out.
• Should have sound knowledge on Escrow/TRA accounts and operational flows
• Aware about both Physical and digital processes, onboarding and servicing of Escrow customers
• Responsible for activities related to the development of new products and/or functionality of products including product enhancements, innovation, etc based on market research and trends complying with regulatory guidelines
• Contribution to Banks growth through Fee and Balance from the product owned
• Prepare product note, SOPs, form, annexures , formats, etc
• Should be able to automate manual process and build system and application level controls for processing Escrow/TRA transactions
• MIS, Dashboard and Presentation to Management
