Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and incubating the marketing strategy and business development initiatives for Empire MedTech’s medical consumables portfolio. The role will drive market entry, brand positioning, product launch, and demand generation across hospital, institutional, and distribution channels.

The candidate will work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams & Promoters to develop and implement strategies that accelerate growth in key product categories including exam nitrile gloves, latex surgical gloves, syringe & needles, surgical drapes, gowns, and other disposable medical products used in OT, ICU and other departments of the Hospitals.

Company has strong appetite to expand business in other acute & chromic specialization also, experience in the chromic business will be value addition the profileKey Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Business Incubation

·        Develop and execute marketing strategies for launching and scaling the medical disposables portfolio.

·        Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and channel partners.

·        Lead go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.

·        Build a roadmap to establish the brand presence in hospitals, distributors, and institutional buyers.

2. Product Marketing

  • Manage product lifecycle from launch planning to market expansion.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy development.
  • Create value propositions and product positioning for different customer segments.
  • Support sales teams with product training, marketing collateral, and clinical messaging.

3. Brand & Demand Generation

  • Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns for the MedTech portfolio.
  • Lead digital marketing, trade promotions, conferences, and medical exhibitions.
  • Create marketing communication materials including brochures, presentations, and product literature.

4. Channel & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Support the sales team in tenders, institutional engagement, and strategic accounts.

5. Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the medical device and consumables market.
  • Track marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and market share growth.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership for business expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration,

Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing within medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong experience in medical consumables, infection prevention products, or hospital supplies is preferred.
  • Proven experience in product launch, brand building, and market development.
