Garage.app is building AI-powered SaaS products used by founders, creators, and businesses around the world. As our affiliate network grows rapidly, we are looking for a highly responsive, proactive community operator who can keep our affiliate ecosystem engaged, supported, and energised.
This is not a traditional customer support role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of communities, keeps conversations alive, and ensures affiliates succeed with our platform.
What we expect
· Manage and actively engage multiple WhatsApp affiliate groups.
· Continuously share product updates, wins, affiliate success stories, and positive momentum to
keep the community motivated.
· Act as the first line of support for affiliate questions and operational queries.
· Help affiliates understand and use the new Garage.app features as they are launched.
· Ensure affiliates can quickly reach leadership whenever necessary, and escalate when needed.
· Maintain fast response times across all groups and direct messages.
· Identify common issues, questions, and opportunities and feed insights back to the product team.
· Help build an active, supportive affiliate ecosystem rather than a passive group.

Requirements
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shift to support global affiliates.
- Prior experience in community management, affiliate support, or SaaS customer success is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment where features and updates happen frequently.
