Position:-‘Branding Manager’
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a branding strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital and non-digital) to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and rebranding initiatives, including developing launch plans, creating promotional materials.
- Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the digital marketing and social media presence for the brand. Work with content creators and designers to produce engaging content that builds brand loyalty and attracts new customers.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure brand alignment and incorporate customer feedback into the branding process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing / Business / Animal Science / Agricultural Business or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the animal feed sector, including an understanding of customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive dynamics.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies
