Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital marketing initiatives for our premium residential projects in Hyderabad.This role will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, managing marketing automation systems, optimising campaign performance and ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and CRM. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration and digital analytics.

Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns while ensuring the entire digital ecosystem from lead generation to CRM integration and automated follow-up functions runs efficiently , will work closely with marketing, CRM, sales and technology teams to improve lead management, campaign performance and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with project sales goals

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions and ROI

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including search, display, social media, and remarketing

• Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and lead generation goals

• Test audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates

Marketing Automation & CRM Integration

• Implement and manage marketing automation systems and lead nurturing workflows

• Coordinate with CRM teams to ensure seamless integration of leads from digital platforms

• Set up automated workflows, triggers, and lead routing mechanisms

• Manage WhatsApp automation, chatbot flows, and automated follow-up campaigns

Lead Funnel & Conversion Optimisation

• Track and improve the lead-to-site visit conversion funnel

• Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-ups through CRM systems

• Work with Pre-sales & Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Website, Landing Pages & SEO

• Manage the company website and project microsites

• Optimise landing pages for higher lead capture and conversion rates

• Improve SEO rankings and organic traffic performance

Analytics, Reporting & Tech Coordination

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and marketing dashboards

• Prepare performance reports on lead generation, CPL, conversions and ROI

• Coordinate with technology teams to resolve website issues, tracking errors and integration problems

Agency & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, technology vendors and creative teams

• Ensure timely execution of campaigns, landing pages and automation workflows

Ideal Candidate

• 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably in real estate, automobiles, hospitality or luxury brands

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, marketing automation and CRM systems

• Experience in lead generation campaigns and digital funnel optimisation

• Experience managing large advertising budgets and campaign performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
