Job Title: Marketing Team Lead
Location: Indore
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: INR 35,000 – 55,000 per month (Depending on qualification & experience)
We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to own and drive our marketing strategy across organic growth, paid acquisition, outbound lead generation, and product marketing.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketing professional who can think strategically, guide execution, and build scalable growth systems. You will lead a small marketing team, approve campaign strategies, analyze performance, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and guide the marketing team’s execution across multiple channels
- Oversee organic growth initiatives, including SEO, content, social, communities, email, webinars, and thought leadership
- Define and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.), and more
- Build and scale outbound lead generation programs using tools like Apollo.io and Smartlead/Instantly, or similar tools
- Drive product marketing initiatives, including positioning, ICP definition, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with tech and design teams to improve website performance and conversion rates
- Build marketing processes and reporting within the Zoho ecosystem
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
- Experience leading marketing initiatives or teams
- Strong understanding of organic, paid, and outbound marketing channels
- Experience with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with Apollo.io, Smartlead/Instantly, or similar outreach tools
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
