Roles & Responsibility:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the business unit’s strategy, aligning sales, production, and NPD goals with organizational objectives.
2. Sales Management: Drive sales growth, build client relationships, and oversee sales team performance to meet revenue targets.
3. Production Oversight: Ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and achieve KPIs.
4. New Product Development (NPD): Lead innovation, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products.
5. Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and foster collaboration to achieve goals.
6. Financial Accountability: Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability across all functions.
7. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers while addressing escalations and ensuring compliance.
8. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs across functions, use data-driven decision-making, and ensure continuous improvement.
