Summary:
The Product Specialist / Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting company products effectively. The role involves understanding customer requirements, delivering product presentations, and converting leads into successful sales. The candidate will work closely with clients to provide suitable solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions and recommendations.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotational schedules as needed.
Benefits:
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC
