This team creates a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevate experiences and the associated enterprise services to streamline technology delivery for our technologists. The Technology Foundations team is focused on strategy and outcomes related to technology platforms, shared services, and engineering experiences.

As Lululemon scales from $10B to $20B, the Director of Global Networks will lead the strategy, design, and operations of our global network infrastructure. This role is critical to enabling secure, scalable, and high-performing connectivity across stores, offices, distribution centers, and cloud environments. You will partner closely with enterprise platform teams, cloud engineering, and security to drive simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.

what youll do:Strategy & Architecture:

  • Define and execute a global network strategy aligned with business growth and platform modernization.
  • Architect hybrid cloud connectivity solutions (AWS, Azure) to support enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and SAP.

Operations & Performance:

  • Lead global network operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience.
  • Implement monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement practices.

Security & Compliance:

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce network segmentation, zero-trust principles, and regulatory compliance.

Cost & Vendor Management:

  • Optimize network spend through vendor negotiations, contract management, and service consolidation.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead a global team of network engineers and partner across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technology network management experience with an emphasis on global fortune 500 companies, with 1,000 sites. Up to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of network management experience.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience and ability to lead through direct reports (3-4), dotted line relationships and cross functional collaboration
  • Expertise in SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS Transit Gateway, Direct Connect), and hybrid environments.
  • Lead the evolution of the global network from hardware centric to software defined networking, cloud integrated architectures.
  • Drive automation, observability, and intelligent orchestration to increase reliability, resiliency, and speed of delivery.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and their network dependencies. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives in an agile environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for asset management.
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
  • Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on assertive feedback
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
