Role Overview
Bene Kleed is looking for a Social Media Manager to build a high-visibility, high-engagement social media presence for the brand. The role focuses on growing reach, creating high-performing content, strengthening the community, and executing campaigns and launches seamlessly.
We are also open to freshers who are highly passionate about social media, understand internet culture, and are willing to take ownership of responsibilities assigned to them.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Visibility & Reach GrowthPlan and execute the social media content calendarCreate and publish reels, posts, and stories consistentlyIdentify and leverage trends relevant to streetwear and youth cultureEnsure disciplined and consistent content execution across platforms
Engagement & Community BuildingManage comments, DMs, and audience interactionsBuild and nurture a strong community around Bene KleedDrive story engagement through polls, Q&A, and interactive formatsStrengthen the brand’s voice and connection with the audience
Content Quality & ExecutionIdeate and execute high-quality, platform-native contentDrive creation of engaging reels and short-form video contentWork with internal teams, creators, and designers for content productionMaintain strong creative standards in all brand communications
Campaigns, Launches & GTM SupportExecute social media campaigns and product launchesSupport go-to-market initiatives for collections and brand campaignsCoordinate with influencers and creators when requiredEnsure timely delivery of campaign content and deliverables
Reporting & InsightsTrack content performance and engagement insightsPrepare regular performance reports and key learningsIdentify trends and opportunities to improve social media performanceFlag risks or drops in engagement proactively
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Freshers with strong passion for social media and content creation are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, and short-form content formats
- Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently
