Coal Studios is looking for a Social Media / Content Execution Lead who can take ownership of the execution layer across our client roster.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how social media actually works behind the scenes — managing timelines, coordinating content pipelines, and making sure strategy translates into consistent, high-quality execution.
You will work closely with the strategy team while owning the day-to-day execution across multiple brands.
At Coal Studios, every vertical has its own team (branding, websites, UGC, etc.), so you won’t be expected to do everything. The focus of this role is strong, structured execution within the social media vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
- Manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple client accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of content across platforms
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and other collaborators to execute content plans
Content Pipeline Management
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain clear workflows across shoots, edits, approvals, and publishing
Shoot & Content Coordination
- Assist in coordinating content shoots when required
- Ensure content required for social media pipelines is available and organized
Quality Control & Feedback
- Review content before publishing
- Provide structured feedback to editors and designers
- Ensure content aligns with brand strategy and platform requirements
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the strategy lead to translate strategy into execution
