Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)
Cloudzzure Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and online client acquisition. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, drafting customized proposals, and converting leads for IT & Salesforce services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms
- Identify relevant projects and submit tailored proposals
- Communicate with international clients and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with technical teams for requirement understanding
- Maintain records of bids and client interactions
- Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable service offerings or solutions
- Track proposal performance and improve bidding strategies to increase win rate
- Support in scheduling discovery calls and preparing initial project scope or documentation
Requirements
