Job Title: Study Abroad Counsellor

Experience: 3-5 years in Overseas Education Counselling or student support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert counselling for study abroad (USA, UK, Canada, Australia)
• Guide students on course selection, university shortlisting, and career pathways
• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle:

Application Processing → Offer Letter → Fee Payment → Visa Filing

• Advise on SOPs, LORs, CV building, scholarships, and documentation
• Stay updated on visa regulations, intakes, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners
• Handle student follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person consultations
• Maintain and track leads using CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot preferred)
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets, conversion ratios, and revenue goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Education / Business / Psychology / Management preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in study abroad consultancy / overseas education industry
• Strong knowledge of USA, UK, Canada, Australia admission & visa processes
• Proven track record in student conversion & enrolment targets
• Excellent communication, counselling & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously
• Target-driven with a consultative sales approach (NOT aggressive selling)
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM & student management systems
