EPC, Oil & Gas Recruiter
to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, infrastructure projects, and related industrial sectors. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for technical and specialized positions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for EPC, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure projects across various levels (entry to senior management)
•Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping),Project Managers, QA/QC professionals, HSE Officers, and specialized roles
•Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
•Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and headhunting strategies
•Conduct initial screening calls, technical assessments, and coordinate interview processes
•Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in EPC contractors, oil & gas operators, petrochemical companies, and infrastructure firms
•Understand client requirements, project specifications, andorganizational culture to ensure quality candidate alignment
•Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress,market insights, and candidate availability
•Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery ofshortlisted candidates
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, salarybenchmarks, and talent availability
•Database Management & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive candidate databases with updated profiles, skillsets, and availability status
•Create and manage detailed job descriptions for various EPC andOil & Gas positions
•Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, candidatepipeline status, and placement success rates
•Prepare regular reports and analytics for management review
•Ensure compliance with documentation standards and dataprivacy regulations
•Business Development Support
Identify and develop relationships with new clients in EPC, Oil &Gas, and Infrastructure sectors
•Participate in industry networking events, job fairs, andprofessional forums
•Stay updated on industry trends, project awards, and marketmovements to identify new business opportunities
•Contribute to marketing initiatives including LinkedIn posts, jobadvertisements, and employer branding activities
•Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
Minimum 4+ years
of proven recruitment experience specifically in
EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects
•Strong understanding of technical roles across disciplines:Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, HSE,QA/QC, Project Management
•Demonstrated experience recruiting for positions in:
•Upstream/Downstream Oil & Gas operations
–Petrochemical facilities and refineries
–EPC contractors executing large-scale industrial projects
–Pipeline construction and commissioning
–Power plants and energy infrastructure
–Hands-on experience with major job portals (Naukri, LinkedInRecruiter, Indeed) and sourcing tools
•Proven track record of successfully closing positions and meeting recruitment targets
Educational Background
•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory)
•Technical background (Engineering degree) is an added advantage

Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri portal, and other job boards
•Excellent Boolean search techniques and headhuntingcapabilities
•Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and oil & gasoperations

•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel for database management, Word for JD creation, PowerPoint for presentations)
