Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to meet hiring needs. Core tasks include advising clients on recruitment strategies, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and fostering consultancy relationships to improve hiring effectiveness. The role requires candidates to balance strategic planning, client management, and operational tasks to fulfill recruitment requirements successfully.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Graduate Recruitment and Consulting roles
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and Recruiting processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and candidate interactions
- Ability to coordinate and manage recruitment projects in a remote working environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industry-specific hiring practices and market trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
