The Head of Talent will lead this ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Talent Lead – Influencer Marketing is responsible for building and scaling the Madly Talented creator ecosystem.

This role combines:

• talent discovery

• creator strategy

• brand partnerships

• talent growth

• talent operations

The ideal candidate understands both creator culture and brand collaboration dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Discovery & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit high-potential creators across platforms.
  • Build a pipeline of emerging and established talent.
  • Evaluate creators based on influence, cultural relevance, and growth potential.

Creator Development

  • Work closely with creators to shape their positioning and growth strategy.
  • Provide guidance on content direction, audience engagement, and platform expansion.
  • Help creators build sustainable and scalable personal brands.

Brand Collaboration Strategy

  • Design brand collaboration opportunities for creators within the ecosystem.
  • Ensure partnerships align with creator identity and audience trust.
  • Work with the Madverse brand teams to connect creators with campaigns.

Talent Operations

  • Oversee talent contracts, negotiations, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between creators, brands, and internal teams.
  • Maintain operational systems for managing talent relationships.

Ecosystem Building

  • Build a community-driven creator network under Madly Talented.
  • Develop initiatives that connect creators with each other and with brands.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the talent ecosystem.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the talent management team including:
  • Talent Managers
  • Campaign Managers
  • Talent Scouts
  • Community Managers
  • Build processes that allow the talent division to scale efficiently.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by:

• growth of the creator roster

• quality of creator-brand collaborations

• long-term creator development

• revenue generated through talent partnerships

• strength of the Madly Talented ecosystem

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 6–10 years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and social media platforms.
  • Strong network within the influencer and digital creator ecosystem.
  • Experience managing brand collaborations and talent negotiations.
  • Leadership ability to build and guide a growing team.
