Infojini Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team and support internal bulk hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across multiple levels.
• Handle high-volume hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Assist in offer rollout, documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and candidate databases.
• Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience supporting bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.

Preferred

• Immediate or short notice joiners.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness to work onsite from Thane.
• Comfortable working in the 12 PM – 9 PM shift.
