About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our hiring engine across technical and non-technical roles. This role demands strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines in a fast-paced interior fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across:
  • Design (Interior, Furniture, Graphic)
  • Site Execution & Project Management
  • Business Development & Corporate Functions
  • Understand role requirements and align sourcing strategy accordingly
  • Ensure quality pipeline and timely closures

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and niche platforms
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Conduct market mapping for competitor hiring and salary benchmarking

3. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess:
  • Technical fit
  • Cultural alignment
  • Communication and intent
  • Coordinate and structure interview processes with hiring managers

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, challenges, and closures
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

5. Offer Management & Closure

  • Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer rollout
  • Ensure smooth joining and pre-boarding experience
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce dropouts

6. Data & Process Optimization

  • Track and maintain recruitment data (pipeline, TAT, conversion ratios)
  • Improve hiring processes and implement best practices
  • Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in interiors, construction, or allied industries)
  • Strong experience in bulk + niche hiring
  • Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Strong follow-up and closure mindset
