Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Human Resources Associate. The HR Associate will handle HR management and operations including recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities will also include planning and coordinating training and development programs, ensuring smooth onboarding procedures, and fostering effective communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection coordination).
- Draft and release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
- Conduct onboarding formalities and employee orientation programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and exit process.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Ensure smooth induction and employee engagement during probation.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and regularize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs, full & final settlements.
- Maintain monthly HR reports related to attendance and manpower.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Support in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and HR initiatives.
Performance Management Support
- Assist managers in goal setting and performance appraisal process.
- Maintain appraisal data, performance records, and communication.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and audits.
- Maintain HR SOPs and policy updates.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status, etc.).
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and familiarity with practices in HR Recruitment, Operations and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience in planning and implementing Training and Development programs
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate interactions between leadership and employees
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in HR or related areas are advantageous
