What you’ll do:

At noon, you’ll work alongside some of the fastest, smartest, and most driven people in the region. Our teams are young, ambitious, and relentlessly execution-focused, working on high-impact initiatives every day.

Overview of the role:

Responsible for managing content operations for key partners across both marketplace (MP) and retail business models, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of assigned tasks within defined SLAs. Acts as a single point of contact for handling and resolving escalations across various clusters, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience managing complex content projects.
  • Quality check of data received from suppliers & approving products based on Noon guidelines.
  • Experience with project management. You will be expected to work on content projects, team-level goals and initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously.
  • Work closely with Buying assistants & amp; Warehouse to solve mismatch cases, content related changes within timelines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and report issues via the appropriate channels.
  • Ability to solve problems and work without close direction in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder relationships and needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong content strategy and information architecture skills.
  • Experience with HTML, or content management systems (CMS).
  • Able to work in a diverse team.
  • Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done

Basic Skills:

  • Knowledge of E-commerce, Processes, and Policies preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in running operations at scale using numbers.
  • Post Graduate freshers can be considers with good excel & comm skills.
  • Basic MS Excel skills. E.g.. data entry/filter/common formula/pivot table. Also, ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail according to instructions provided.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high volume workloads or complex circumstances; comply with Service Level.

Image Editor JD:

  • Scrapping data from leading channels when required.
  • Work on images received by partners & editing it as per noon guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Rich text banner creation & Infographic images.
  • Good communication skills.
