Compensation: Rs. 40K/month Max (based on experience & portfolio)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand Executive who understands content, creators, and culture.

You will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up online — with a strong focus on influencer collaborations and high-quality content execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Creative Execution

  • Plan and support execution of social media content across platforms
  • Contribute ideas for reels, short-form videos, hooks, and storytelling formats
  • Assist in creating content (captions, scripts, briefs) with a strong creative and trend-first approach
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Influencer & Creator Management (Core Focus)

  • Identify and onboard relevant creators aligned with brand positioning
  • Own day-to-day coordination with influencers (briefs, communication, timelines)
  • Execute influencer campaigns across UGC, barter, and paid collaborations
  • Ensure content quality and brand alignment across all creator outputs

Performance & Insights

  • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)
  • Identify what content works and support optimization of future content
  • Stay updated on trends, formats, and competitor strategies

Community Management

  • Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions
  • Build a strong, consistent brand voice in all communication

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand, social media, or digital roles
  • Strong understanding of content, reels, and short-form video trends
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in influencer/creator collaborations
  • Good creative judgment — ability to identify what content will perform
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
